Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Quick Cooking Oats
- 1 cup Rice Cereal
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 4 tbsp Butter
- -- Pinch of Salt
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ½ cup Raisins
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Combine oats, cereal, and salt. Set aside.
Step 2
In a saucepan, bring maple syrup, honey and butter to a boil. Stirring continuously, boil for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
Step 4
Pour over the dry mix with cinnamon and raisins. Mix well.
Step 5
Press firmly into the parchment lined pan.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing into bars.
