  • Corn on the Cob, , cooked
  • 1, 15oz can Black Beans, , drained & rinsed
  • 1, 15oz can Pinto Beans, , drained & rinsed
  • Tomatoes, , seeds removed & diced
  • Yellow Bell Pepper, , finely chopped
  • Orange Bell Pepper, , finely chopped
  • Scallions, , finely sliced
  • Avocados, , diced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, , finely chopped
  • Dressing: --
  • 3/4 cup Heluva Good French Onion Dip
  • Lime, , juiced
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • Garnish: Cilantro / Scallions / Chili Powder
  • Serve With: Tortilla Chips

In a small bowl mix together the dressing ingredients until combined.
