Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 3/4 cup Rainbow Sprinkles
- 1 cup Vanilla Orontes Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted, cooled
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup, Pure
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick spray.
Step 2
In a bowl mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sprinkles. Set aside.
Step 3
In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, melted butter, vanilla, maple syrup, and yogurt.
Step 4
Combine the wet and dry ingredients together and fold in.
Step 5
Portion the batter into the muffin tins.
Top each muffin with more sprinkles. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Cool for 2 minutes in the muffin pan before removing them onto a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
