Ingredients

  • 16 each Mini Croissants, cubed
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2  cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt / Garlic & Onion Powder
  • 1/4  tsp Pepper
  • .33 lb Deli Ham, diced
  • 8 oz Brie Cheese, rind removed, cubed
  • 1/2  cup Gruyere Cheese, shredded
  • Garnish: Hot Honey Drizzle

Method of Preparation

Ham & Brie Strata - Step 1

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with pan spray.

Arrange the cut croissants in the baking dish. Drizzle the tops with olive oil. 

Bake for 5-8 minutes to lightly toast.

In a bowl whisk together the milk, cream, eggs, and spices.

Layer half the ham, Brie, thyme, and gruyere over the croissants.

Pour half the egg mixture on top and lightly toss the croissants.

Top with the remaining ham, Brie, thyme, gruyere, and egg mixture.

 

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to bake for 10-12 minutes until the top is golden brown.

Garnish the top with hot honey and serve warm!
