Ingredients
- 16 each Mini Croissants, cubed
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Salt / Garlic & Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- .33 lb Deli Ham, diced
- 8 oz Brie Cheese, rind removed, cubed
- 1/2 cup Gruyere Cheese, shredded
- Garnish: Hot Honey Drizzle
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with pan spray.
Step 2
Arrange the cut croissants in the baking dish. Drizzle the tops with olive oil.
Bake for 5-8 minutes to lightly toast.
Step 3
In a bowl whisk together the milk, cream, eggs, and spices.
Step 4
Layer half the ham, Brie, thyme, and gruyere over the croissants.
Step 5
Pour half the egg mixture on top and lightly toss the croissants.
Step 6
Top with the remaining ham, Brie, thyme, gruyere, and egg mixture.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to bake for 10-12 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Step 7
Garnish the top with hot honey and serve warm!
