  • 2 lbs Cod or Halibut, skinless, cut into 8oz portions
  • Soft Flour Tortillas
  • Marinade: --
  • 3 tbsp Orange Juice, Fresh
  • 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 3  Garlic Cloves, grated
  • Lime, Juiced
  • 3 tbsp Cilantro, rough chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin / Oregano
  • 1/4  tsp Pepper / Salt / Chipotle Powder

Method of Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together all the marinade ingredients.

Place the fish pieces in the slow cooker and pour the marinade evenly over the fish.

 

Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
