Ingredients
- 2 lbs Cod or Halibut, skinless, cut into 8oz portions
- 8 Soft Flour Tortillas
- Marinade: --
- 3 tbsp Orange Juice, Fresh
- 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 3 Garlic Cloves, grated
- 1 Lime, Juiced
- 3 tbsp Cilantro, rough chopped
- 1/2 tsp Cumin / Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Pepper / Salt / Chipotle Powder
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together all the marinade ingredients.
Step 2
Place the fish pieces in the slow cooker and pour the marinade evenly over the fish.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Step 3
Assemble the tacos with your toppings of choice, we recommend adding chipotle mayo!
