Ingredients
- 12 oz Raspberries
- 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- 1 package King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Cinnamon Sugar
Method of Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl gently mash and mix raspberries and mascarpone cheese together. Set aside when done.
Step 2
Poke a hole on one of the flat sides of the roll to make a small pocket.
Step 3
Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the raspberry filling into the pocket.
Step 4
Whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Step 5
Dunk the stuffed rolls in the egg mixture, fully coating, and shaking off the excess egg.
Step 6
Use a skillet over medium-low heat and melt the butter.
Sear all sides until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
Step 7
Gently toss the stuffed rolls in cinnamon sugar before serving. Enjoy!
