Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork Tenderloins (2 each)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder / Onion Powder / Paprika / Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Broccoli Head, bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3/4 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- Garnish: Sesame Seeds, Scallions, Cashews
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Evenly coat the pork tenderloins in dry spices (garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper).
Step 3
In a bowl toss together the broccoli florets, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Step 4
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a cast-iron skillet or oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear all the sides until golden brown, about 4 minutes.
Step 5
Turn off the heat, coat the seared pork tenderloins with the teriyaki sauce.
Step 6
Add the seasoned broccoli florets around the pork, add the pan to the oven, and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the pork reached 140°F.
Step 7
Allow the pork to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve with rice. Garnish with scallions, chopped cashews and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
