Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork Tenderloins (2 each)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder / Onion Powder / Paprika / Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Broccoli Head, bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2  tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3/4 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • Garnish: Sesame Seeds, Scallions, Cashews

Method of Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Evenly coat the pork tenderloins in dry spices (garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper).

In a bowl toss together the broccoli florets, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a cast-iron skillet or oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear all the sides until golden brown, about 4 minutes.

Turn off the heat, coat the seared pork tenderloins with the teriyaki sauce.

Add the seasoned broccoli florets around the pork, add the pan to the oven, and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the pork reached 140°F.

Allow the pork to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Serve with rice. Garnish with scallions, chopped cashews and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
