Ingredients

  • 3 cups Whole Milk
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1 (5.2 oz) Boursin Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Mustard / Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder & Garlic Powder
  • Pinch Salt & Pepper
  • 1 lb Pasta (Shells)
  • 1 1/4  cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 1 1/4 cup Smoked Gouda Cheese, grated
  • 1 1/4  cup Fontina Cheese, grated
  • 8 oz Brie Cheese, rind removed, cubed
  • Garnish: Fresh Thyme

Method of Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with pan spray.

Step 2

In a bowl mix together the milk, water, Boursin cheese, and spices. Set aside.

In the baking dish add the dry pasta and 1 cup of the cheddar, gouda, and fontina cheese.

Add the mixture from the bowl into the baking dish. Stir to combine.

Push the cubes of brie into the pasta.

 

Cover the dish with the foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Uncover and sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of cheddar, gouda, and fontina cheese. 

 

Bake for another 15-20 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Garnish with fresh thyme and enjoy!
