Ingredients
- 3 cups Whole Milk
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1 (5.2 oz) Boursin Cheese
- 1/4 tsp Ground Mustard / Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder & Garlic Powder
- Pinch Salt & Pepper
- 1 lb Pasta (Shells)
- 1 1/4 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 1 1/4 cup Smoked Gouda Cheese, grated
- 1 1/4 cup Fontina Cheese, grated
- 8 oz Brie Cheese, rind removed, cubed
- Garnish: Fresh Thyme
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with pan spray.
Step 2
In a bowl mix together the milk, water, Boursin cheese, and spices. Set aside.
Step 3
In the baking dish add the dry pasta and 1 cup of the cheddar, gouda, and fontina cheese.
Step 4
Add the mixture from the bowl into the baking dish. Stir to combine.
Step 5
Push the cubes of brie into the pasta.
Cover the dish with the foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Step 6
Uncover and sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of cheddar, gouda, and fontina cheese.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Garnish with fresh thyme and enjoy!
