Ingredients
- 2 5.2 oz Boursin Cheese
- 1/4 cup Fig Preserves
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Honey
- Spiced Pepitas: --
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch Cayenne Pepper / Salt / Nutmeg / Allspice
- 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/3 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- Garnish: Flakey Salt / Honey / Crackers
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Place the two blocks of Boursin in the center of a small baking dish.
Step 3
Top the cheese with fig preserves, olive oil, and honey. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Step 4
Heat 1/2 tbsp of olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.
Add pumpkin seeds and toast for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the maple syrup, spices, cook for 2 minutes, and then transfer the seeds to a piece of parchment paper to cool.
Step 6
Garnish the top of the baked Boursin with the spiced pepitas, flakey salt, and honey drizzle.
Serve with crackers of your choice. Enjoy hot and right out of the oven!
