  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt & Pepper
  • Broccoli Crown, bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz package Shredded Carrots
  • 4 oz package Golden Oyster Mushrooms, rough chopped
  • 1 cup Pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup Korean BBQ Sauce
  • Cooked Rice: -Of Choice-
  • Garnish: Scallions / Sesame Seeds

Heat a sauté pan over medium heat with olive oil.
