Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt & Pepper
- 1 Broccoli Crown, bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz package Shredded Carrots
- 4 oz package Golden Oyster Mushrooms, rough chopped
- 1 cup Pineapple, diced
- 1/2 cup Korean BBQ Sauce
- Cooked Rice: -Of Choice-
- Garnish: Scallions / Sesame Seeds
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Heat a sauté pan over medium heat with olive oil.
Step 2
Add the ground turkey and spices. Cook until fully cooked.
Step 3
Add the broccoli, shredded carrots, and mushrooms. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the pineapple, sauce, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the dish with cooked rice. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
