Ingredients
- 3 slices Bacon , diced
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 Celery Ribs, diced
- 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika / Dried Thyme
- 1/4 tsp Salt & Pepper
- 1/4 cup White Wine
- 2 cups Clam Juice
- 2 cups Water
- 1/2 lb Red Bliss Potatoes, diced
- 1/2 lb Clams, chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp Chives, chopped

Method of Preparation

Step 1
Heat a large pot over medium heat.
Add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside.

Step 2
Add the onions, garlic, and celery. Sauté for a few minutes until the onions are translucent.

Step 3
Add the spices and mix in. Deglaze the pot with white wine.

Step 4
Add the clam juice, water, and potatoes.
Bring to a boil, lower the heat to simmer, and cover until the potatoes are tender.

Step 5
Add the clams, bacon, and fresh herbs.
Simmer for about 10-15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
