Ingredients

  • 2 packages Small Kaiser Rolls - 6pk, cut in half
  • 1 lb Deli Roast Beef, sliced
  • .75 lb (10 slices) Swiss Cheese
  • Mayo Sauce: --
  • 1/4  cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp  Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder & Garlic Powder
  • Pinch Black Pepper
  • Topping: --
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • Pinch Black Pepper

Method of Preparation

Roast Beef Sliders - Step 1

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Add the bottoms of the rolls closely together on the sheet pan, leaving the tops off to the side.

In a bowl mix together the mayo sauce ingredients.

Spread the mayo sauce evenly over the bottoms of the rolls.

Add a layer of Swiss cheese over the sauce.

Fold the sliced roast beef to fit slices on each roll.

Add remaining Swiss cheese over the roast beef.

Step 7

Spread the remaining mayo sauce to the tops of the rolls and top the sandwiches.

Brush the tops of the rolls evenly with the melted butter.

Sprinkle the tops with parmesan cheese and black pepper.

 

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Enjoy!
