Ingredients
- 12 oz Fresh Blueberries
- 8 oz Fresh Blackberries
- 8 oz Fresh Raspberries
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Butter (Lactose Free), melted
- 3/4 cup Garelick Lactose Free Milk
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x9 baking dish with pan spray.
Step 2
In a bowl mix the berries, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, lemon juice and zest until evenly coated.
Add to the baking dish.
Step 3
In another bowl whisk together the flour, cinnamon, and baking powder.
Step 4
Stir the butter and milk into the flour until a smooth batter forms.
Step 5
Spoon the batter evenly over the berries.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Step 6
Slightly cool before serving. Serve as a dessert or have it for breakfast, enjoy either way!
