Ingredients
- 1 package (12 each) Mini Croissants
- 1/2 cup Strawberry Jam
- 12 slices Deli Ham
- 12 slices Deli Turkey
- 4 oz Gruyere Cheese, shredded or grated
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 4 oz Butter, melted, cooled
- 1 Egg, beaten

Method of Preparation

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with pan spray.

Step 2
Slice the croissants in half. Place the bottom halves into the baking dish.

Step 3
Spread 2 tsp of jam on each of the bottoms of the croissants.

Step 4
Layer 1 slice of turkey and ham over the jam.

Step 5
Sprinkle about 2 tbsp of shredded gruyere cheese over the deli meats.

Step 6
Spread 1 tsp of Dijon mustard on each of the tops of the croissants. Add the tops and lightly press down.

Step 7
Whisk together the melted butter and egg. Brush the tops of the croissants.

Step 8
Bake for 20 minutes until the tops are golden brown and crispy.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve with extra jam for dipping. Enjoy!
