Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Red Vinegar
- 2 tsp Banana Pepper Brine
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 small Shallot, minced
- 1 tsp Spicy Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning / Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt & Pepper
- 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 16 oz (2 bags) Lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup Banana Peppers, chopped
- 1 small Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 packages Dave's Brioche Slider Rolls, cut in half
- 4 oz Salami , sliced
- 4 oz Soppressata, sliced
- 4 oz Pepperoni
- 10 slices Provolone Cheese
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- Herbed Garlic Butter: ---
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/4 tsp Salt & Pepper
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Add parchment paper to a baking sheet.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together all the herbed garlic butter ingredients. Set aside.
Step 3
In another bowl combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, brine, garlic, shallot, mustard, seasonings, and parmesan cheese.
Step 4
Add in the shredded lettuce, banana peppers, and red onion. Toss to combine and set aside.
Step 5
Add the slider rolls to the baking sheet. Brush the tops of the rolls with the herbed garlic butter.
Step 6
Place 2 slices of cheese on the bottoms of each of the rolls.
Step 7
Layer the salami, soppressata, pepperoni, and remaining cheese.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, just until the bread is toasted and the cheese is starting to melt.
Step 8
Once out of the oven, assemble with the sliced tomatoes and the salad mixture.
Add the top of the rolls and cut into 16 individual sliders.
