Ingredients
- 20 each Mint Crème Oreo Cookies
- 1 (3.3 oz) box Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
- 2 cup Milk
- 6-8 drops Green Food Coloring
- 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
- Decorations: Candy Eyeballs, Zombie Hands, Halloween Sprinkles
Method of Preparation

Step 1
Gently twist one side off of 8 Oreo cookies. Keep the filling intact in one side and set it aside.

Step 2
In a food processor add the non-filling sides and the remaining Oreos.
Pulse until it is fine and set aside.

Step 3
In a bowl whisk together the pudding mix, milk, and green food dye for 1-2 minutes until it starts to thicken. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

Step 4
Whisk in the cool whip.

Step 5
To assemble the cups:
- Add one large and one small eye to the cookies with the filling
- Sprinkle 2 tbsp of the cookie crumb into the bottom of each cup
- Add a scoop of pudding
- Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the cup with the cookie crumb
- Press the Oreo eyeball cookie into the tops of the pudding cups to stand upright
- Decorate with candy sprinkles or zombie hands
