Ingredients
- 2 each Cauliflowers (purple, yellow, or white), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Whole Grain Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt & Pepper
- 2 tbsp Dill, Fresh, chopped
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a sheet pan with pan spray.
Step 2
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower, olive oil, mustard, onion & garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Step 3
Spread out evenly on the sheet pan and roast for 30-35 minutes. Toss halfway through cooking.
Step 4
When done, toss in fresh dill. Enjoy!
