Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Quick Oats
- 6 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 3 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cup Strawberries, diced small
- 6 tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
Method of Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the oats, chia seeds, yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and half of the cut strawberries.
Step 2
Use small jars or bowls to assemble.
Add remaining cut strawberries evenly to the bottoms of bowls.
Top with the overnight oat mixture and set aside.
Step 3
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
Pour the chocolate over the overnight oats and spread to make sure the top is completely covered.
Step 4
Garnish with strawberries.
Keeps in the fridge for up to four days. Enjoy!
