Ingredients
- 3 ea Mangos, peeled, pitted and diced
- 1 ea Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1/3 cup Red Onion, diced
- 1 ea Jalapeno, seeded & minced
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 ea Lime, juiced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Method of Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the mango, red pepper, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper.
Stir & serve immediately or chill.
