  • 3 ea Mangos, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 ea Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1/3 cup Red Onion, diced
  • 1 ea Jalapeno, seeded & minced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 ea Lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

In a bowl, combine the mango, red pepper, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper.
