Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 each Cinnamon Stick
- 4 tbsp Instant Coffee Granules
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Hot, Boiled, Water
- 3 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Syrup, (That you have made)
- 2 cups Milk, Your choice
- 1 cup Ice, Optional

Method of Preparation
Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine 1/4 cup water, brown sugar, pumpkin spice seasoning, and the cinnamon stick. Simmer for 4-6 minutes until it has slightly reduced and thickened.
Drain into a measuring cup using a fine sieve.
Step 2
In a bowl, using a hand mixer, combine instant coffee, sugar, pumpkin spice syrup, and hot water.
Beat on medium-high until light, airy and doubled in volume.

Step 3
In a glass, with optional ice, add your desired milk and then pour coffee cream on top.
Garnish with pumpkin spice seasoning and a cinnamon stick.
