Ingredients
- 2 ea Bananas, Thinly Sliced
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt, plain
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Sprinkles
- 4 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 3 tbsp Dave's Natural Peanut Butter
- Garnish Sprinkles
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Line a muffin tin with silicone baking liners.
In a bowl mix together yogurt, sliced bananas, honey, and sprinkles.
Step 2
Scoop 1/4 cup into each baking liner.
Evenly smooth the tops.
Freeze for 1 hour or until solid.
Step 3
In a microwave safe bowl melt chocolate, peanut butter and coconut oil at 30 second intervals.
Remove yogurt cups from baking liners.
Dip into melted chocolate until coated.
Step 4
Place on a parchment lined sheet pan and garnish with additional sprinkles.
Place back into the freezer for 10 minutes, or until chocolate has hardened.
