Ingredients
- ½ carton Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 Dave's Pound Cake
- 3 tbsp Triple Berry Jam
- ¼ cup Fresh Blackberries
- ¼ cup Fresh Raspberries
- ¼ cup Fresh Strawberries
- ½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Slice a thin layer off the pound cake to level the top.
Horizontally, slice into 3 equal pieces.
Step 2
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Place the first layer of cake in the bottom of the pan.
Step 3
Cover with a layer of ice cream.
Step 4
Place approx. 1 tbsp of jam and swirl into the ice cream.
Step 5
Place the second layer of cake and repeat steps 3 & 4.
Top with the third layer of pound cake and place in the freezer for 4 hours or until frozen.
Step 6
Beat the whipping cream and sugar together until stiff peaks.
Once frozen, remove cake from pan and top with whipped cream. Swirl in remaining jam.
Step 7
Garnish top with assorted fresh fruit.
