Ingredients
- ½ cup Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- ¼ cup Packed Mint Leaves
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 cup Lyre's White Cane Spirit
- 1 cup Canned Coconut Milk
- ½ liter Sparkling Water
- ¼ cup Pomegranate Arils
- - Mint Leaves, for Garnish

Method of Preparation
Step 1
Muddle mint leaves in sugar and lime juice.
Using a strainer, pour the liquid into a pitcher or cocktail shaker.
Step 2
Add Lyre's Spirits, coconut milk, and lime juice to the pitcher.
Mix or shake well.
Step 3
Fill 4 glasses halfway with ice.
Add mixture to each glass until 3/4 full.
Step 4
Top each glass with sparkling water.
Step 5
Garnish with pomegranate arils and fresh mint leaves.
