Ingredients
- 1 sheet Puff Pastry Dough
- ½ cup Mashed Potatoes
- 4-5 tbsp Gravy
- ¾ cup Leftover Turkey, shredded
- ¾ cup Leftover Stuffing
- ¼ cup Corn
- 3 tbsp French Fried Onions
- ½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray pie dish with nonstick spray.
Step 2
Unroll puff pastry and gently press into greased pie pan.
Step 3
Trim the edges and use the scrap pieces to fill in the empty spaces.
Step 4
Spread a thin layer of mashed potatoes.
Step 5
Top with approx. 2 tbsp of turkey gravy.
Step 6
Layer your choice of a leftover vegetable.
We used corn! Green bean casserole would also be a great choice!
Step 7
Top with shredded turkey, crumbles of stuffing and 2-3 tbsp of gravy.
Season with black pepper and thyme.
Step 8
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Step 9
Remove from oven, garnish with crispy fried onions.
Place back in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
Step 10
Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
