Ingredients
- ¾ cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 ½ cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 4 cups Frozen Berries
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Corn Starch
- 10 oz Greek Yogurt
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Add berries, 1 tsp sugar, and cornstarch to a pan. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, until consistency resembles a thick jam.
Remove from heat.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
Add applesauce, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix.
Step 3
Add milk and whisk until smooth.
Step 4
Fold in oats.
Step 5
Pour into the baking dish. Top evenly with berries.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting. Serve with Greek Yogurt.
