Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar Substitute
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tbsp Almond or Coconut Flour
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Egg
- ¼ cup No Added Sugar Chocolate, Melted
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
Add ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Scoop into 1 tbsp ball and lightly flatten with a fork.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and garnish with melted chocolate.
