Ingredients

  • 1 jar Sundried Tomatoes
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Pine Nuts
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil
  • 1 container Dave's Prepared Grilled Chicken
  • 2 - 16 oz containers Zucchini Noodles
  • 1.5 tbsp Olive Oil

Method of Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together in a food processor to make pesto. 

 

Step 2

Slice grilled chicken into strips.

Step 3

Add oil to a pan on medium heat. Add zucchini noodles and cook for approximately 3 minutes, tossing frequently. 

Step 4

Add pesto and sliced chicken into pan with noodles. Toss to mix ingredients.
