Ingredients

  • 1 package Whole Grain Naan Bread (2 pieces)
  • 4 tbsp  Basil Pesto
  • ½ cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • ½ cup Marinated Artichokes, drained
  • ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese, as garnish

Method of Preparation

Mediterranean Naan Pizza - Step 1

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread pesto onto Naan.

Top with mozzarella cheese.

Top with vegetables and fresh basil.

Place on baking pan and cook for 10 minutes in the oven.
