- 1 package Whole Grain Naan Bread (2 pieces)
- 4 tbsp Basil Pesto
- ½ cup Mushrooms, sliced
- ½ cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
- ½ cup Marinated Artichokes, drained
- ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped
- 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese, as garnish
Method of Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread pesto onto Naan.
Top with mozzarella cheese.
Top with vegetables and fresh basil.
Place on baking pan and cook for 10 minutes in the oven.
Remove from oven, garnish with parmesan cheese.
Slice and enjoy!
