Ingredients
- 2 ea Avocados
- 1/3 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 1 ea Jalapeno, de-seed and chopped
- 1/3 cup Onion, diced
- 6 ea Tomatillos, halved
- 2 tsp Lime Juice
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp Cumin
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Add ingredients to a blender or food processor.
Step 2
Puree until smooth.
Serve with your favorite whole grain tortilla chip or vegetables!
