Ingredients

  • 2 cup Watermelon, diced
  • 1 ½ cup Blueberries
  • 1 ea Cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 1/3  cup Fresh Basil, chiffonade
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • Pinch of Salt & Pepper

Method of Preparation

Step 1

Add watermelon, blueberries, cucumber, feta cheese and basil in a bowl. Mix well. 

Step 2

In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey and salt/pepper. Mix well. 

Step 3

Pour dressing over salad and toss until well combined. 

 

Enjoy immediately.
