- 2 cups Plain Hummus
- 3 tsp Taco Seasoning
- ½ can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 Roma Tomatoes, chopped and seeds removed
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup Dave's Pico De Gallo
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Method of Preparation
Mix hummus and taco seasoning together. Spread evenly into a serving dish.
Add a layer of black beans.
Top with Dave's fresh Pico de Gallo.
Next, add a layer of shredded lettuce.
Add the chopped tomatoes.
Garnish with cheddar cheese.
