Dave's Marketplace Customer Service

Dave's Marketplace is very "old school" when it comes to customer service. We believe in service in every aspect - we want our customers to be comfortable in our stores, and come to rely upon us to show them new products, encourage them to experiment new products and feel welcome. "Old School" the way delis, butcher shops, farm stands and neighborhood grocers used to be. This mission is evident in how we hire and train our staff:

Dave's Marketplace works hard to support the Local Communities that we are in. We prioritize those populations to be Schools, Religious Organizations, Food Pantries and Civic Groups.

A receipt, the product and a valid reason are required for all returns or exchanges.

Perishable Product Return Policy
The Department of Health requires us to dispose of all perishable items that are returned, opened or unopened. A receipt and valid reason are needed for the return or exchange of any item.

Dave's Marketplace accepts manufacturer's and internet coupons. We do not double coupons, accept internet coupons for free items or allow the use of more than one coupon per item purchased.

Dave's Marketplace accepts personal checks as payment with a government issued picture ID.

Dave's Marketplace emails our flyer to our customers each Wednesday. Each week you will receive the upcoming ad, Dave's email subscriber only coupons, mid-week specials, recipes and upcoming events. If you would like to sign up, please click here.

Items advertised in our weekly flyer are given a raincheck with a 30-day expiration. Two-day sale items that are advertised in our weekly flyer are given a raincheck with a one-week expiration date.

Items that are advertised soley in our mid-week Providence Journal ad are not given a raincheck.

Dave's has created an online Gluten Free Guide to help you discover the thousands of gluten free partners and products we work with. This guide is updated twice a year and serves as a reference for Dave's Customers. Not all products are available in all stores.

Dave's carries thousands of specialty foods for your dietary needs. We believe in integrating specialty foods throughout all of our aisles and categories. For example, Organic Flour will be sold on our baking aisle with white and wheat flour; Natural Ketchup will be in the condiments section with other condiments; Free Range Eggs are with local eggs and egg substitutes.
