Ingredients

  • 1 1/2  cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 1/2  cups Couscous (Moroccan Style), Dry
  • 1/4 cup Pine Nuts & Slivered Almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup (6 each) Pitted Dates, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Craisins, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, fresh, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Panera Balsamic Dressing

Method of Preparation

Warm Harvest Couscous - Step 1

Step 1

In a pot bring broth, oil, salt and pepper to a boil.

Step 2

Turn off the heat, stir in the couscous, cover and let stand for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, fluff with a fork.

Step 4

Add couscous to a serving bowl.

 

Top with half of the toasted nuts, dates, craisins, feta, parsley, and vinaigrette. Lightly toss.

Garnish the top with the remaining ingredients and enjoy!
