  • Red Onion, diced
  • Broccoli Crown, bite-sized pieces
  • 10 oz package Shredded Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 pints Grape Tomatoes
  • Marinade: ---
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder / Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Garnish: Parmesan Cheese / Parsley

Method of Preparation

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spray two sheet pans with pan spray.
