Our modern central commissary and in-store kitchens have been developed to create great meals, soups and side dishes from our own recipes. No other commercially prepared foods can compare with the quality, freshness and taste of our offerings. All food is prepared under strict HACCP guidelines and temperatures are controlled from preparation to delivery in our modern refrigerated trucks.
The knowledge and creativity of our chefs is very evident when you see our wonderful selections in the stores. Chef Sean Devlin is a graduate of Johnson and Wales with over 30 years of diverse experience in creating fresh meals, baked goods and pastries, Sean continues to exceed the Dave's Fresh Marketplace standards of excellence by utilizing only the freshest ingredients available to Dave's. As Culinary Director of Dave's Fresh Marketplace, Sean is responsible for recipe development, quality production and development, training of our kitchen staff and overseeing our culinary operations.
