Chef Sean Devlin is a native Rhode Islander with strong ties to the community. A graduate of Johnson and Wales, with over 20 years of diverse experience in creating fresh meals, Sean continues to exceed the Dave’s Marketplace standards of excellence. Believing in utilizing only the freshest ingredients to develop a tantalizing eating experience, Sean’s cooking and pastry dishes satisfy all the senses.
As the Culinary Director of Dave’s Marketplace, Sean is responsible for Recipe Development, Quality Production and Development, Training of our Kitchen Staffs and overseeing our Culinary Operations.

A native of Abruzzo, Italy, Chef Walter is known as one of the most passionate and accomplished practitioners of traditional Italian cooking in the nation. A 2002 winner of the State of Rhode Island’s, Man of the Year, Potenza continues to teach the history of hundreds of years of culinary experimentation to many in his community and around the country.
