Our Beef
We constantly strive to improve our selection of USDA graded domestic beef. We currently procure Creekstone Farms Premium Black Angus Beef. This has been chosen because of its consistently high quality and guaranteed tenderness!

Our Ground Beef
We only use steer meat from the chuck to produce our 86% lean most flavorable ground beef and fresh patties. All patties are available in 4oz, 6oz and gourmet flavored varieties. In addition we offer a 4lb Fresh or Frozen Box of 4oz or 6oz patties. Our premium 91% and 93% extra lean ground beef is selected from only the best round muscle steer meat. Extra lean beef patties are also an alternative.

All Natural Beef
Many of the Natural Meats and Poultry at Dave’s Fresh Marketplace exceed the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) requirements for “all natural”. Even though the USDA does allow All Natural products to be minimally processed, Dave’s Market Place strives to find our customers totally All Natural products free of any additives, hormones, steroids and minimal processing.

Creekstone Farms Natural Black Angus Beef is the first to combine the quality of Black Angus cattle with the consumers’ desire for beef raised naturally and guaranteed to be tender each time. Free of hormones, antibiotics, no artificial ingredients and raised on a 100% Vegetarian diet, our natural beef is “A Cut Above The Rest”.

We also responded to our customers’ interest in Grass Fed Beef. By spanning the globe we located perfect grazing land on the continent of Australia. Dave’s All Natural “Grass Fed” beef is a product of its environment. Australia’s vast pastures, clean rainfall, abundant sunshine and free range conditions produce the worlds finest grass fed beef. It is all natural, USDA approved with no artificial ingredients or additives and healthier than corn fed beef because of its grass diet. It offers less fat, less cholesterol and a milder flavor profile than any other beef.
